About the Role
Reporting to the Program Director – THRF Group Arthritis, the Health Educator will provide support and advice to South Australian’s living with Arthritis. This role includes:
- Engagement with all forms of media and face to face platforms to promote, disseminate and provide evidenced based arthritis related information to consumers
- Provision of information and support to assist consumers to understand, engage with and navigate health, disability, social and other programs, or services
- Participation in the development and evaluation of health promotion and public health projects and undertake special projects as part of a whole of services approach
- Assisting in the development, delivery and evaluation of innovative evidenced based health promotion, health education and services.
