The conference was held at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre and was of such a standard that it offered general practitioners attending 9 category 2 RACGP points. It was sponsored by Pfizer, AbbVie, SciGen, Sanofi, Roche, MDA National and Amgen.
Arthritis SA Chief Executive Officer Julie Black said the conference was a milestone that Arthritis SA was well positioned to handle.
“Our health professional seminars, organised by our Health Services team exclusively for those with technical and treatment expertise, have always been very well received,” she said. “We have been praised and many have said they would like even more, as well as the opportunity to network on a bigger scale. Our conference should meet all these needs, and it complements one of Arthritis SA’s main roles as an educational leader in the field of arthritis.”
