Amelia translates food and nutritional research into easy to understand, practical dietary advice. With her clinical experience, and biochemical knowledge, she supports people to work towards their health outcomes.
Erin Parish – Exercise Physiologist. BScApp(HMS). Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Erin runs an over 50’s exercise class specififically for strength, bones and balance. She is a wealth of information when it comes to exercise management and prevention of Osteoporosis.
