Contact Centre Manager
Joining the team in November 2007, Tanya started her current role of Contact Centre Manager in 2010. It includes coaching and developing her team to ensure the Contact Centre continues to grow. She also develops strategies to maximise the opportunities the Contact Centre has to engage with donors and develop the support base of Arthritis SA.
Tanya says she likes making a difference and being a part of such a brilliant team. She loves that she helps generate funds to enable the organisation to make a difference to the lives of so many people living with arthritis.
